Warehousing

Full service warehousing and fulfillment

Canaan Group has one of the state-of-the-art warehouse in Vancouver which provides warehousing services for export and import cargo. With a footprint of 300,000 square feet privately-held industrial land, Canaan Group is one of the few companies in Canada that own their own real estate. This gives the assurance to customers that we will survive our competition especially with lease prices in Industrial Vancouver rising year over year.

Canaan Group also have a fleet of our own container drayage trucks that delivers containers to and from the various ports in Greater Vancouver. Our 50,000 square feet in-door facility is both certified customs bonded and sufferance warehouse, which means import cargo can be temporarily stored in our facility up to 365 days until it has been customs cleared. Our facility is a 30-minute drive from all four of Greater Vancouver's Container Terminals and a 10-minute drive from the Vancouver International Airport.

In addition, we have also partnered with other local 4 PL warehouses. This allows additional capacity of 500,000 square feet of warehousing space throughout Canada.
